If one is iPhone, another is Andorid, please kindly add the accessory in your iPhone and login in vocolinc account, then login in the same vocolinc account in Andorid phone, the accessory can be see in the Andoird phone and be controlled by it. Your vocolinc App should be in performance mode as well.
If all of Andorid, just login in the same vocolinc account to control them togetherly.
